International Conference on Petroleum Tubular Goods Equipment & Materials ( TEC 2017) is held by CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute ( TGRI), American Petroleum Institute ( API) and National Key Laboratory of Petroleum Tubular & Equipment Material Service Behavior and Structure in Xi'an China at April 13th~14th.
